General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering a service or purchasing a product on the website. By submitting your order, you accept the terms and conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the contract

The scope of these GTC covers the services provided through the website operated by the Service Provider (in particular: accounting services, consulting, payroll, factory representation services, service, education) and the products sold in the web store (in particular: evacuation and rescue equipment, escape chairs, stair climbers, medical emergency bags, ambulance backpacks, medical bags). The contract is concluded electronically between the customer and the Service Provider, in Hungarian.

3. Order process

  1. The Customer selects the product or service package.

  2. You provide your data when contacting us, requesting a quote, or making a direct webshop purchase.

  3. The Service Provider will send a confirmation/individual agreement by email.

  4. In the case of online purchases, the order becomes final after payment or confirmation.

4. Prices and payment terms

The prices shown are in Hungarian forints. Available payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (based on fee request or invoice).

  • Online bank card payment (via the webshop system).

  • Cash / Cash on delivery.

5. Fulfillment

  • Services: According to the deadlines and conditions set out in the individual business, commission or accounting framework contract, continuously or with individual performance.

  • Delivery of products: For orders placed in the web store, within the delivery method and deadline specified in the confirmation.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Customer (if he/she qualifies as a consumer) has a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).

  • In case of purchasing a product: The Buyer may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • In the case of services: If the service has already been provided in full with the express prior consent of the Customer, the Customer loses his right of withdrawal.

7. Complaints handling

The Customer may file a complaint via e-mail or telephone. The Service Provider will respond in writing within 30 days. In the event of a legal dispute, the Arbitration Board of the place of residence is competent.

8. Copyright

All text, image and video content, product descriptions, professional articles and design elements on the website are the intellectual property of Prospektív Ltd. Unauthorized copying, sharing or reselling of content and materials is prohibited.
